so sat morning i order some stuff off of kneedraggers.com. *2 sprokets and a chain* i wanted 2nd day air because i just set up an appointment for my bike to get a bunch of warrenty work done to it.. and it takes a while to get a appointment.. i had to get 2 new tires on as well as change the fork seals. so anywho, i order it knowing it wont get shipping out till monday... yet they dont mind charging my CC sat, go fig. anywho, wed rolls around.. nothen. thursday.. nothen. so im like wtf.. my appointment is friday at 6am and its not here. so i tried calling kneedraggers.com and they were not answering *it was about 4:30 az time so it was past their 7pm east coast time when they closed* so i shot them an email wanting to know wtf is up. so they call me today *friday* around noon saying "oh we just got ur email and come to find out we dont have any of those 2 sprokets in stock but we had the company tell us they would send it out first thing mon morning. so i was like WTF.. and ur just NOW telling me. they said they would refund me the difference in shipping *a whole $13.xx* and i was said "well that really doesnt help me right now does it" and after a few sec's of silence i asked.... what about the chain, is it backordered a well. and he said "oh.. i guess we could have sent that out" so of course i go off for a min and then was just like ok, whatever, just send the damn chain and make sure the sprocket is here b 4 thurdsay. GGRRRRRR!!! i have ordered from kneedraggers a few time b 4 and no problems. then i get this and am like WTF.. if i didnt send out the email how lond would it have been b 4 i got it. oh well.. im now going on week 5 of not riding the bike :curse
