WTB high concept shift shaft...

hello,
I was at the track yesterday and noticed that I was missing a few shifts... I have reverse shift on my 05 R6 right now so the rod has all the pressure on the outside of the shift shaft.... I am hoping this will correct my problem...

Any one have one for sale?
