insurance is high on sportbikes because noobs who have never ridden before buy either a 1000/600cc sportbike and then take it out and crash it and make claims.R6Ted said:And we all wonder why insurance is so high on sportbikes.......
Sorry, I don't agree. Yes newbies crashing from riding beyond their limits do affect insurance, but so do stunting accidents and careless driving. So you are saying that doing wheelies in town on a busy 4 lane road isn't reason for insurance companies to frown on us? Everyone should read the post about the girl standing on a seat on the freeway and was run over by a transport and killed. All I am trying to say is there is a time and place for everything. Deserted roads or empty parking lots are much better venues for this type of thing.justin. said:not because of wheelies.
