Yeah, we know, and crash protection and crashes are no different wherever they happen. So wear your jeans, shorts, flip flops, or boxers, or STFU and listen.dmaxsnoopy said:ok once again I DONT CARE ABOUT LEATHER!!! i know how it is better and will hold up better. these are not for the twisties these are for riding maybe 20 miles in town and not at one time. these are just something else to wear that are better than regular jeans.

This is what Paul (from NewEnough) said about the Icon Field Armor Short from, dmaxsnoopy said:i saw those. are they any good?
Yep.dmaxsnoopy said:does anyone have a link to the draggin jeans? or a place to get the?
His knee was nice and fucked-up underneath the kevlar, which coulda been cardboard and done a better job. That's one incident with quite drastic results, that should not be interpreted as anything but poor perforamnce. Any failure should be looked at as inapporpriate. The forces experienced by any part of those jeans was minimal, and the next incident may not be so easy on them or what's underneath.dmaxsnoopy said:thanks license2ill for showing me those. it looks like the draggin jean held up very well. you can see wear the denim just wore off but the kevlar help up pretty good. that is exactlt what i need.
Were can i get a pair of those and who makes them?
