R6 Engine Tapping/Knocking Noise??? PLEASE HELP!!!

So I have a 2009 Yamaha R6 with 31k miles. Recently, it started making a tapping or knocking sound. I’m not sure exactly what it is, I changed the cam chain tensioner, cam chain, and did a valve service on it and still no luck. It definitely sounds like it’s coming from the valves on the exhaust side possibly but hard to pin point. A week before this happened I took off the exhaust system to install an m4 mid pipe and got the ecu reflashed, and after the first ride after about 5 minutes that noise started!!! Could it be an exhaust leak from the headers??? Or worse, Rod knock? I linked a clip of the sound R6 engine noise
