Damn you one piece alluminum. This is gonna suck ass. Back in late September I wreck, and pretty damn good. A couple days ago I was pulling off the remains of the water pump to discover that there is a hole where the bolt farthest towards the front attaches the block to the pump. Fuck. I've got everything I think I need and this happens. I will get pictures up tommorow. Until you see it I guess no one can give me any definete answers...

What are my options? Its a 2005 R6 - I just bought new water pump, use silver plastics(great shape), clip-ons, side covers, and a lot of little things... I want to go cry in a corner now

take it to a welder, I weld stuff all the time, I have welded rims, engines, fairing stays, frames, just about anything aluminum . If the hole is small you can use JB weld the putty kind and make sure its really clean use acetone to clean it.
