Just got Rossi decals (go!!!!!!!...) and would like to remove the stock ones. I've heard you need a heat gun but would like further info, specially to remove the ones on the tank (I have a '03 r6). Cheers,

Tank will be very difficult to remove...they are under the clearcoat in the paint.

The other ones you just heat up with a hair dryer and peel them off.

Yup... The tank decals are under the clearcoat.
You'll need to sand, strip, sand and re-clear. Best left to a pro.

I looped mine and slammed the gas tank into a curb at 100 and the tank decal is still there so good look with that one

Thanks, I think I'll just ignore the decals on the tank. Btw, any good website on painting fairings? All that I've found is about painting harleys or cars, not plastic fairings...
