do it yourself? do you mean install it? do a search its been covered a bunch of times. A damper can run you between 250-650 250 for a cheaper storz/toby/somethin-ohlins. Rotary dampers like GPR and pitbull and scott are good dampers for 375-410 but all of them do their jobs just fine, rotary are less likely to break in a crash.
