I am planning to buy another R6 and I have couple of question for you guys.

First of all, this one has a GPR stabilizer.

From this picture, there's a big gap 3/4" between the tank and the frame. The owner said that's the way it's supposed to be. Is this normal ? Can anyone with a GPR stabilizer chime in on this? Frame damage?

Another question is he has a Hindle full system installed and the fuel remapped, but the bike is idling funny. The tach jumps up and down, not much (prob 30-50 rev or less) but it could never stay in one place. When i get on the gas, it's fine. So is this normal too?

Thanks :thumbup

I own an 03 r6 with a GPR on it and I have about a 1/2" gap between the tank and the frame (just enough to fit my index finger in). I also used to have the same idle hop issue (I have a a MIG High Mount slip-on) which went away when i adjusted the valves and synced the throttle bodies. Hope that helps.
