Yes 99-04 are all 43mm.. 05 changed because they used usd forks.
Do 04 clipons fit on 99-02?
I have an opportunity to buy some 04 clipons which I'd like to use on my 99, will they fit?

It might not work because there are holes in the clipon for the throttle handle to sit in. So you might have to make new holes and stuff.
