ASV brake lever loose

I have shorty ASV levers on my ‘15 R6. I have them on an R1 I had before I totaled it and loved them and had no issues. Now on the R6 the brake lever is loose and shakes while riding. It does not affect the front brake. I took it back to the shop I bought it from and they contacted ASV. They sent some parts for it and it was fixed but now it does it again. The lever is loose to the point that my brake light comes on. My wife have told me that when I ride it looks like I’m tapping on the brakes (which I’m not). If I push the lever up I can hear the click from releasing the switch and disengage the brake switch. Once I let it go it falls back and I can hear the click again and the light comes on. Is my lever bad is there something I need to replace. I took the lever off but nothing seems wrong.

Did you ever fix this issue? I have the same exact issue happening. The rear brake light flickers while I'm riding due to the front brake lever moving around while riding
