i have an AMD bundle for sale, never used still sealed

It includes:

-AMD 64 3200+ (754)
-ASUS K8V SE Deluxe
-Thermaltake CPU cooler
-All mobo acc.

Everything is brand new and was put together by AMD before getting sent to me. I have pics if you would like them. I'm running the same set up and love it, esp for this price.

What would be the speed on the processor, in Pentium terms? I need to upgrade this P4 1.8ghz and I know the A 64 series is faster, but how much?

i'm selling b/c i already have the same setup and was going to make a media center box/dvr but never got around to buying to rest of the pieces.

The Amd would compare to a P4 3.2C
