Yeah I have a 2003 as well an it makes the same noise. But I have no idea what causes that. I think it has done that since I got it back in 2021. But I always wondered if that was normal or not.
A high pitched loud whistling noise during warm up

36K miles, Power Commander, Skorpion Exhaust.
I have been lately getting a high-pitched loud whistling noise during warm-up from the complete cold. It seems like this sound lasts until the bike is fully warmed up. Once warmed up and ridden a few miles, this noise is gone. Has anyone experienced anything like this?
