A couple maintence questions real quik

Alright, well i got the sportbike how to dvd but i dont really recall the maientence parts of it (about oil, brake fluid, etc) and its at a friends house right now so i just thought id ask here real quik.
I have an 03, ive been rideing it pretty hard the past week since its been nothing but 80+ outside and loveing it, tomorrow i have no real plans so i thought id spend the day with the love of my life (the bike)
First off, i want to change the oil, what does it take? Im guessing something like yamalube 4 stroke, but can i use some high test oil from the autoparts store instead since my nearest bike dealership that would have that stuff is at least 40 miles away, so if i were going into the autoparts store what would i look for oil wise?
Next, what is the brake fluid called? Mine is fairly dark and i just figured id change it all, so if im going into the autoparts store to get brake fluid what would i look for with that also, if im able to find it at the autoparts store. Also, do i have to bleed the lines or anything like that like with a car, or do i just take of the res's and empty, maybe clean them out, and refill them?
Lastly, i was going to change the radiator fluid (pretty sure its just water in it currently) but is it really necessary to clean it or run through a gallon or so of distilled water before filling it back up? I think the sportbike how to said something along those lines and im just wondering.
Anything thing else you guys can think of that id be doing as a "maintence" to go along with this besides cleaning the hell out of her let me know, thanks!

Castrol Synthetic 10-40 is pretty good - also shell rotella-t.

Valvoline dot 4 synthetic brake fluid is great stuff at a reasonable price.

Don't forget the oil filter and do not over torque the oil drain plug.

Clean and lube your chain while your there :blahblahb

oil choice is a matter of personal preference, riding style, geographics, and budget.

dot 4 or 5.1 fluid, DO NOT use dot 5!

yes, flush the cooling system before adding coolant of choice.
