Hi guys,

I haven't been on here for a year because I was living in Thailand. Subsequently I moved back to the UK in June, and obviously the first thing I did was to wheel the R6 out of the garage. A battery charge overnight, some juice and it fired-up first time.

Anyway, after going out on her a couple of times and getting used to the speed and feel of a proper bike (as opposed to a no-name Thai scooter). I decided that the next ride was when I was going to up the speed.

The same night I slipped on the stairs in my house and now have a broken leg. Bollocks :)

The bike did feel amazing when I did ride her. Living abroad really makes you appreciate the insane toys that we have here at out disposal, and the road network to use them on.

Sorry to hear about the leg mate, still look on the bright side at least you didnt do it falling off your bike, so it will wait for a few more weeks for that faster ride.
