2010 no main beam :-(

So ive recently picked up this late 2010 Extreme ... the Hight Beam isnt working yet the bulb is good (checked on main head light which is fine)

The high beam blue indicator lights all ok and I get 12v volts at the high beam left hand plug et ?? Im wondering if its not delivering the current etc ...?

Possible relay issue? Are there two on a 2010 model?

Anybody able to offer any advice?

Would the Diag Mode offer any thing perhaps?
