2005 R6 problems

Hello everyone, having issues with my bike and just can’t seem to figure it out. The bikes RPM’s jump between 1k-2k when at idle and when I’m at about 4k-5k RPM’s it’s very sluggish. When I get on the throttle the bike will just bog down and shut off and I have to flip the kill switch a couple times just for it to start back up. I have replaced the spark plugs and coil packs and just took it for a ride. At first I wasn’t getting any power to the bike and then I was finally able to get power and start it after 5 minutes. When I was riding it was still acting like there is a misfire. I pulled into the drive way to park it and it just shut off. If anyone knows what it could possibly be, please help me out. Thank you
