2001 r6 no spark

Hi everyone , I got myself an 01 r6 , and it has no spark , so far I've replaced ecu , harness , battery , plugs and tested pulse coil , kickstand switch , fuses and I still have no spark , is there anything I may have missed ? , the neutral light is on when winding bike over , the bike has been in storage for 12 years previous to me buying it , everything seems to work but no spark , any help or input would be much appreciated thanks
