So when I’m traveling to shift from 2nd to 3rd, 3rd to 4th, and all other gears first I have to push the clutch pedal down before it will go up. Yes it’s just as I say, have to push clutch pedal down before it will move up into every gear. Any idea what this means. I really really appreciate it. I’m stumped. Thank you much

The simplest thing to check is the gear selector linkage.
Make sure it isn’t binding up. You can back out the bolts holding the linkage in place and put a little white lithium grease on the little joints to make them move freely then tighten the bolts back up, don’t overtighten them though or it will pinch the joints and cause it to not move freely.
