03 r6 headlight/turn signal wiring issues

When I bought the 03 r6, idiot that had it before me apparently cut the front headlight amd blinker wires and removed wires running to the rear indicators. I'll post pics of the damage but I don't even know we're to start. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Not sure what to make of the two raw wires under the switch....
