I've had this R6 for over 3yrs. Use it about once a week, garage kept. I've replaced all electrical parts, changed it to a manual cam chain, added a yoshi exhaust. Runs great at the track. The problem I'm having is when the bike is warmed up and I'm riding say in second gear at 6k+ rpms and engage the clutch, the rpms will drop below idle and the bike will turn off moving. I can turn it back on and it will idle fine. Sometimes it will idle up to 3k and with a little throttle play it will drop to normal like 1.5k rpms. The main issue is when the bike dies when I clutch in and don't disengage to catch the rpms from dropping. Any suggestions??

Tight valves. A bad kickstand switch can do the same thing but the way your describing the rpm drop sounds like tight valves 100%
