The shift fork wouldn't cause your clutch issue and I'm not sure how it would make N hard to find either. So he's going to split your cases for a 50cc scooter?? I'd probably get a second opinion

tough call...the 06/07 are much cheaper, but there are some gains to be had with the 08+ For a street bike, I would pick up an 06/07...heck I got such a good deal, I wouund up picking up another 06...
