i'm definitely on the GIBS bandwagon this go-round. i gained a bunch of weight last semester and stopped training all-together.
my current weight is up to 185!!!!! i'm at my fattest EVER. its repulsive to say the least. i've gotten a smaller version of my dad's beer belly. being out of shape sucks
- !beer belly
- get back into full triathlon training/shape
- maintain a strong consistent diet, stop cheating
- be able to easily fit in all my clothes again lol.
i'm basically not worried about numbers, just visuals. i feel horrible seeing a protruding gut on me. i want to get back to almost having ab definition. i wanna be back to my cycling shape of 50+ hard miles. i gotta ease back into running cause of my sprained ankle but i wanna be back able to run a good 80 minute 10 miler. and im definitely gonna hit the pool much harder, and gonna get a coach.
all-in-all, i wanna look like i used to look in time for my brother's big wedding in late May, cause i gotta do the best man's speech in front of his 500+ guests.
let the weight loss begin!
