Default Tracks in/around Denver

Basically, I want to move to Denver....BAD. I'm currently still trying to talk to boyfriend into it, but hopefully I shall prevail...

That being the case, I would really like to know what tracks are in the area, and how far away they are. I figure that might be a good selling point. The closest one to us is at least 1.5 hours away.

Thanks for anyone's help!

Seriously though, we don't have tracks in Colorado. We have track, yup, just one (well maybe another half a one but it's a cart track so it don't count). The one we do have is in Pueblo and it's not close to shit, well it's close to pueblo i guess, so it is close to shit. Anyway here's a link.

^ I think you just hit on her. Plus don't talk to Volition about tracks. He rides street, with street tire pressures. He's a poser.

Anyway, yes the only complete, full sized track at the moment is Pueblo.
www.pueblomotorsportspark.com It's not a bad haul, but from S. Denver it's a good 1 1/2 - 2hrs. Otherwise you have IMI, which is a go-cart track many sportbike riders use. I for one haven't. (I mean I own an r1 track bike and I'm a stud)

But fear not, we're getting a new one for 2008. Should be about a 1hr drive from the heart of Denver, and has it's own version of Laguna's corkscrew. Hopefully it will be done in time.

So that will make 2. We used to have 4, well 5! Sadly they'd rather build home than race motorbikes
