Okay so who do u think will win the national championship LSU or OSU? I have LSU beating the shit out of OSU just like florida did last year. Please discuss.
I am sure there is a thread somewhere in the WC on this topic but I like the colorado section the best so I want to discuss this in here.
tough to say...But i know it will be a closer game than many think....A coach like Jim Tressel will not let the same thing happen again....especially the TITLE GAME...OSU will be more focused and the Jr. and Sr. players will not let it happen again...
I believe LSU's defense is susceptible enough for OSU's offense to score points...especially with a big RB in Wells and a smart QB in Boeckman...and even though OSU's regular season was not tough...I think the talent pool on both sides of the ball can match up pretty evenly with LSU's.
I think at times, Matt Flynn at QB makes the LSU offense iffy...and they've shown that many times throughout the season....but his legs make up for it and that too was shown many times throughout the season....if not for Hester making BIG plays...their record could be far worse.

This is the SOUTHWEST section, mmmmmkay? Just giving you a hard time. I have OSU in an upset (even though they are ranked top). I think that they are a much more rounded team this year and match up in all the right places against LSU. I say 27-20 OSU.
Well I kind of have a problem with both of the teams in the game. (Yeah I'm one of those) 2 loss team in the championship with undefeated and 1 lose teams out there? Sigh....
Anyway, I think LSU will do it. Ohio State is a better team than I thought, but nothing compares to playing in the SEC right now. That whole conference just beat each other up, and playing in those big games almost every week will help LSU.
Wow Nick I can't believe we are in agreement on this one. LSU dominates OSU in this game. I mean seriously does anyone think this year's OSU team is better than last years? Last years team was supposed to dominate florida yet florida won 41-14. I think LSU is better than that florida team. Here is an interesting fact OSU is 0-8 vs. SEC teams in bowl games.
