Default Early Christmas......

I couldn't pass up this great deal on a new Scorpion Burst EXO-700 at Apex in Colorado Springs. I took my wife there today just to look at bikes for her and look around. Right before we left I grabbed one of there add papers. I saw that they were having some kind of deal on Scorpion helmets. So I went to look at the Burst helmet to see the price. They are normally $209.95 and the tag said $169.00. So I had to get it. Here are some pics.........

Sportbiketrackgear.com has awesome prices on these helmets, I have a couple friends that picked them up there. The EXO 700 starts at $110 with free shipping I believe...check them out here: http://sportbiketrackgear2.homestead...onhelmets.html

Thanks! I really like it. It fits real good. I just haven't had a chance to really test it out on a ride. If the weather is good tomorrow like it was today and yesterday, I'm going out for a ride to really test out how it feels at speeds.

My wife wanted me to show off what I got her for our anniversary on the 14th November. Here are pics......

Joe Rocket Jacket

HJC LOLA CL-SP Helmet

This Jacket and Helmet combo really fits my wifes personality

Thomas

Oh and here is another early christmas present for my wife and I....

The entertainment unit is new as well as the TV. The TV is a Phillips 42" LCD 1080p wide screen. The stands are in 3 different parts, so there real easy to move around if we don't want them together. Stacie picked the stands out, I picked out the TV. I just need to get her a couple more things and our christmas is complete!!!!

Later,
Thomas

dude...what is your wife riding...My girl expressed an interest in a bike - which i took very seriously...I was thinking a Ninja 250 but compared to my sweet R6 the ninja is kinda ghey...even the 2008 looks a little limp...but i dont' want her to get killed. She's a tall strong girl so part of me thinks she'd be ok on an r6.

She doesn't have a bike, yet. But I am looking at an SV 650, a CBR F4i or even a Ninja 500. The biggest thing I'm looking for is if she is comfortable on the bike. Something she can feel confident on. She sat on my 2004 R6 and she didn't like how if felt. She was uncomfortable cause she didn't feel stable holding it up. So something she feels comfortable on and she can handle.

Later,
Thomas
