Default Snowboarding pass

Okay this is my first season in CO and I can't wait to go snowboarding out here on a regular basis. I am planning on picking up the Colorado Pass for $439 in the next week or so. It gives me unlimited access to Breck, Abasin, and Keystone. I also would get 10 days at vail/beaver creek. To me this seems like the best deal. However I would like the opinions of the CO crew as to what the best pass for the money is.

Copper pass/ winter park pass... $349
Keystone'/breck/arap = $399 +10 days $439

Seems pretty easy to me! Copper wins...I got the vail 10 day thing and used 0 of them. Go to one mountain, learn all the trails and back woods stuff. You should never get bored with one place if you always push yourself to the next level and try to find the next big thing whether it be a cliff or a jump.

ps- Leave and go to my place you rat bastard

Shit dude I forgot I was supposed to head to your place to watch the game. However for $50 more than the Copper pass I can get the CO pass. My thing is I get off work at 2:45 when I don't have to work OT. Keystone has night boarding so I can shoot over there for a couple hours after work. Does Copper/Winterpark have night boarding?

I'm going to get the CO pass too for $439. I can't wait to go board.

What a crazy game!

I'm getting the Copper pass again this year. Seems like 10 years in a row, but that's what everyone I board with every weekend is getting. They also have a Steamboat option on the pass this year.

When I got passes, it was always the CO pass +10 days at vail and beaver creek. Last year, I got a few 4-passes because I knew I wasn't going to snowboard much last year, and I was right. This year, nothin.

I guess it depends on where your friends are going. I've always thought the better deal was the CO pass. I really like keystone and breck. Havne't been to A-Basin much. And really, there's no where like vail. It's true, copper IS awesome, but IMO winter park sucks.

I plan on buying the Keystone pass...and maybe one packed of copper 4. I had planned on not getting anything until Bruiza mentioned it and then I saw that the mountains are opening like next week..

Arapahoe: Small mountain with not a lot of trails, however that place rides BIG. If you are highly skilled you can get yourself killed there with all the chutes..lol.
Keystone: Family style with some good terrain..nothing that is Great, but everything is good. I like some of their tree stuff and they have a good park.
Breck: I didnt like it...everytime I went it was fucking windy
Vail: Ummm yeah....didnt like it. Maybe it was because the girl I went with cried in the second run, then told me I wasnt snowboarding with her on the 3rd, pouted, got a head ache and then wanted to go home. I made 1 more run and then we left..
WP: Great for skiing...not so great for boarding.
Copper: Balla park, great rails, big kickers and some fun tree stuff...

thats my take on the mountains

Joe
