Tallahassee school housing

anyone on here familiar with housing in the tallahasse (FSU) area. I'm transferring to school there in the fall and have to figure somethin out. i'm probably going down there in a few weeks to figure it out for sure but if anyone knows where are some good places to live down there i'd really appreciate any advice you can throw my way. My important criteria obviously is price, location, and type of people (hopefully other students). thanks in advance
