anyone from central oregon??? Primarily the bend oregon area??? I am thnking about moving there in a couple months and am putting out feelers for jobs. Right now i do CAD as a production manager but would like to get into something less sit at a deskish.
Great area, can't help you with any job info but I love it down there!! I might end up there when I finally stay in one place longer than a 3 years. I don't know if Oregon is accepting anymore Californians
I lived in Bend for like 8 months. Great roads for one but job opportunities are not as easy to come by as socal. Also im not big of the small towns but I have to admit I did have some good times up there. Oh and 15 minutes from Mt. Batchelor! If you like building homes I know quite a few people up there. You will have a good time up there.
yea i know the area up there very well. my family has had a vacation house 30 minutes south of bend for the last 10-15 years, so its like my second home. I have not ever visited a nicer place then there.
