Registering a used bike in NJ?

When I look at the NJ DMV site, it says I need:

You must also provide:

* A color photo of the NHTSA label
* A color photo of the EPA Noise Emissions label**
* A color photo of the EPA Exhaust Emissions label**
* A color photo of the side of the motorcycle

Can anyone direct me as to if they really check for this? And if so, where do I find the first 3 labels?
