Anyone going to the Cycle World International Motorcycle Show??
It's going in in Cleveland, and I was thinking about going since I've never been to one of these types of shows. Anyone know if there are vendors there doing deals on products???

There are always vendors at the CW show.
But most of the vendors cater to cruisers (as you would expect)
Never been to the Cleveland show but I've been to both the Chicago and Minneapolis show and the Chicago one blows the Minneapolis one out of the water with more venders and stuff, but in a smaller arena.
I'm guessing most of them have deals on the products aswell.
PS:
If you don't have a helmet or are even considering purchasing a new helmet, actually, even if you arent, talk to the Arai helmet vendor, those guys are awsome with fitment and will tell you the perfect helmet size for your head.
It's worth it to your skull, trust me.

^^^Hey thanks for the heads up (literally) on the helmet thing. I'll def have to stop by there. I already have a Shoei helmet that I absolutely LOVE but who knows Arai might have a second love for me to. I'm looking to get some frame sliders and a 520 conversion for the bike, which is why I was asking about the vendors/deals that may be going on. I know I could just order it, but I still like to talk to someone in person and would rather buy that way to, but we'll see.
Again, thanks for the advice on talkin to the Arai vendor.

I went to the Cleveland show a couple years ago. There were lots of helmet vendors there as I recall, some interesting displays, etc. It's more relaxed than going to the vendor area at Mid-Ohio on an AMA Superbike weekend.
After walking around and throwing a leg over a bunch of bikes I realized that ergonomically every Yamaha is comfortable for me (sportbikes to cruisers and everything in between) and most other brands are not. I wouldn't last 5 minutes on a Ducati 999...

What're the dates for the show up there?
Oh, and Boosted, feel free to give me a buzz if you have mod questions.

I went last year, and plan on going again on either Friday or Sunday. The deals weren't too bad, but like someone else said, the majority of "vendors" there cater to the cruiser crowd. But you can pick up stuff like chains/sprockets/sliders as well.
Should be fun!
