Default Reserve Gi bill

Basically I have the option right now of getting out on disability, but I'm worried that I will lose my Gi Bill benefits, because as a Reservist you have to be activly drilling in order to collect your Gi Bill benefits.

BTW guys if they ver ask you if you want to be Airborne, consider passing, it can really hurt.

Well that depends, If you served on a combat tour overseas you are eligible for GI bill benefits. I just got out of the guard after 6 years and will still be going to school free, while collecting my 1606 benefits..... but if you have the choice of collecting disability i would take it!

you get half more if you'd stay in. 1606 can be used as a kicker bringing your GI bill to about 800.
