are you freakn kidding me!! there is no fwkn way you can compare the corps vs the chair force!
and to keep the peace, the air force is more of a support branch. the only people in the air force that sees combat are the pliots.. the air force is a good branch, but i wouldnt compare it to the Corps. Its like nite and muthafwkn day!

I am not wanting to hear pissing matches, just MOS vs. MOS, or job vs. job, however you would like to label it.

Put it this way... ALL Marines have guns. There are people in the Air Force that only see guns once every 2 years, when they qualify. Other than that... During deployments. I deployed in the Air Force back in 1999 and I didn't have a gun, in the middle east.

Marine MP's and Air Force SP's have pretty much the same job. Both obviously police their respective posts/bases. The Marine MP's have more hand to hand combat training, but that is due to the infantry nature of the Corps. A friend of mine was in a Rifle Security Company in the Marines and when he transferred over to the my unit in the Air Corce, he told me there is really no difference between the 2 security services. Some MP's get more bodyguard, defensive fighting position and other infantry training than the Air Force, but the MP's also get tasked with guading embassies and the President. Whereas the SP's (Air Force) can get more trainging in bio/chem warfare, VIP security detail, and Sensitive Area training due to them protecting the nuclear silos and other 'sensitve' areas. Now, Marine MP v. Air Force SP? I'm sorry, I bleed Air Force blue, but a Marine would Kick the SP's ass. I wouldn't want to fuck with one in a dark alley, I'd just give him my wallet and say, "please don't let it hurt too bad". hahaha. BTW, pararescue, bad muthafucka's right there.
