Thinking about Border Patrol
I was just talking to my Chief MSgt and he said that I could possibly volunteer to go to Arizona and volunteer for border patrol forabout 4-5 months. I'm in the Air National Guard and it would kinda be a cool change of pace I think. Anyone have experience?

don't shoot any illegals smuggling drugs or you go to jail and they will sue the govt for millions, even though they aren't citizens and have no rights in the US justice system

I speak very little. only enough to understand some basic words. Not fluent at it.
24 hour shift, 48 off with the border patrol. Basically the way it's explained to me is that we'd be set up at locations and report if we see anything. The BP will go out and handle the situations. |

yes but the rookies get sent to the mexican border... higher up ranking get sent to the better spots =]
