Will I feel a difference?
I got about 4,200 miles on my stock qualifiers and have started to push it a little harder. Now that I have I feel the front end tends to slide sometimes and its a little uneasy feeling. Im thinking about going with some 2ct's front and rear. Do u guys think I will feel much difference between the 2ct's and the stock Qualifiers?

the stock qualifiers are junk compared to after-market rubber. after-market qualifiers are so much better. you cant go wrong with pilot powers (reg compound or 2ct), corsa 3, or metzeler m3

Also, remember to break in you're tires after you purchase them. To be on the safe side, 100 easy commuting miles should do it... Or, 10min. of easy canyon riding. Just listen to what the tires are saying.

save yourself a few bucks and just go with regular Pilot Powers. i have yet to take mine to the limit and i like to think i can ride pretty good. however, if money isn't a thing then go for it and get the 2CT. just my

I'm not sure what all this talk about pushing and sliding means, maybe the air pressure is not right or something else has been changed on your bike, but I've ridden Dunlop Qualifiers for years without any problems, and I think I ride pretty good myself too.
But if putting on some other tires work for you and make you more comfortable then do it, but if you feel some sliding it probably is not the tire, and you shoudl find the reason for the instability.

since the Pilot Powers are more of a triangle shape, the first time on these tires will make you feel like your bike is on a very steep seesaw. i like how the Pilot Powers feel and how quick they warm up.

you serious frankie? that kinda suprises me considering you are one of the faster guys in our group. when i ran Qualifiers (both the ones that came on the bike, and the ones off the tire rack) they greased up on me. the rear would step out and slid around, felt like i was backing it in. Rob (RAZOR) even mention to me a few times that i was leaving marks (kinda like skid-marks) on the road on the exit portion of the corners. i have yet to feel anything like this with Pilot Powers, and i think i run slightly harder then when i ran the Qualifiers.
