I have been riding with the AMSR for about 8 to 9 years and I have to say that it is pretty tame compared to the way we used to ride. We are as a group pretty laid back and mostly just cruise on the rides nowadays. Don't be weary just stop by anyone is welcome. Just start in the pack in the middle or rear to see how it feels and if it doesn't suit you its cool no hard feelings if you don't ride again. You can dig out whenever you like...

LOL - I've always heard AMSR is the mellowest of the groups that ride on Sunday.

IMO - you need to be an "experienced" rider to join their rides, to keep up and feel comfortable.

(I started riding with AMSR a little over 2 yrs ago) :thumbsup

Howzit!

I rode with the AMSR a few times and they are a great bunch of ppl to ride with! Very well organized. The first time I rode with them they went up Tantalus! I have been only riding less than 6 months and just finished my MSF course! Talk about death grip, Hahaha!! But anyway, I had fun! :burnout
