Default where to buy new bike

i want to buy a new R6 but i was wondering where you guys bought your bikes and how is the service there. i got a quote form dominicos for 9300, and one form south seas for 9800 both out the door. Phluger wont give me an out the door price till i am ready to sit down and sign paper.

so basically where can i get the best (cheapest) deal with the best service. thanks in advance everyone.:thumbsup :smokin :thumbsup

A lot of us here got ours from DOminics. I have bought a new bike in the past from South Seas (Brand new 93 F2) and was displeased with the after sale service.
I bought my 2001 from Dominic in 2000 for 8500. That was a much better deal than Phlueger or South Seas was offering. Tell Phluger what the other places were offering and if Phluger wont give you a quote, dont buy from there.

thanks for the help.:thumbsup

so do you guys think i can get an 04 from dominicos for 8500 otd. also how is the service over there. i heard phluger was really good with customer service.

so does anyone know how much the license and tax and doc fees cost, so i can try get it for cheeper. i know msrp is 7999- 8100, so they are already making money on that price.

thanks again guys:b

did pflueger gave you a price on their 03? if so you can add about $1200 to their price for taxes and other things. it will probably more or less. that should give you an idea on their otd price.

i went to south seas for an 02 last year but they would't budge on their price.

thanks for the info. phluger wont give a price other than msrp. they said if you come in and are ready to sign that they can work out a good deal. if taxes and that stuff is around 1200, then i can probley expect around 9200. thanks again guys. every one gets the new 04 shipment in september so hopefully i will be on the road shortly after.:smokin :thumbsup :burnout ;

If you havent purchased it yet I would recommend Purchasing it from Two Wheels in Kauai,

They gave me an Incredible Out the Door deal on my 03 R6 and shipped it for 45 bucks to Sand Island.

Tom over there asked me not to mention how much I payed so I wont, but I can tell you it is cheaper than any of the quoted out the door prices in this thread.

here is a link to there site.

Good luck and safe riding.

Dom offered me a 03 R6 when they first came out for 9000 but I opted for the 03 R1 for 10500 instead. I would say Dom would atleast drop to that price since it is almost 04 time... I would rather by from Dom any how he doesn't give you the pressure other places do (South Seas) South Seas ha a good parts department though. The servicing over there is a little steep though. Good luck in your search.

I got my '01 R6 via Cycle City from Two Wheels on Kauai... much better deal than buying from South Seas - Nimitz.
