There are soooo many R6's out, any shop should be able to do a great job. I'm sure they've all done quite a few of them.
Before splurging for the dyno run, I would have it installed, then ride it first. If there is a 'flat spot' or 'stumble' anywhere, then you would want to have it adjusted and maybe then, dynoed. Ride it for a few days at least.
If you do have a driveability problem, be sure to take note of what rpm it happens at, what throttle opening (cruising, full throttle, etc) and what gear you are in.
You can also check w/Cycle City, although I recommend you request Donovan ONLY. He is the only one I'd trust on my bike there.
