$550 used ninja 250 FS

I have a used 1994 ninja 250 for sale. I think it has 30-40k miles but im not sure...i will check on it later. It is not in good condition but it is rideable. I am selling it because i dont ride it anymore. I bought the bike to practice riding before i get my liscense. I rode it for a little bit but i stopped riding it because now im interested in cars more because of cheaper insurcance and safety. (im 15 turning 16 in july) So now the bike is just sitting in the parking stall collecting dust. NOt sure if the battery can start up the engine since its been sitting there for awhile but i think i can bump start it and ride it for awhile and charge it up. ok, the bike has cracked fairings on both sides, cracked exhaust pipes on both sides, a broken right foot peg, broken horn(sometimes works) and the tip of the clutch or brake pedal is broken. I also bought a new seat and new brake pads up front, and did a oil change. It sounds pretty beat up but its not like its gonna fall apart or break down in the middle of the road its still rideable (just need to buy a new right foot peg to rest your foot on). I just dropped it a few times. But when i bought it from the previous owner it already had the broken horn, taped up seat, cracked faring. I rode it only for a short while, around 10 mins each day around my house for about a month. I bought it from the other owner for 1k and i spent around $200 on the new seat and new brake pads. Im asking around $500-$550. THis is a good bike if you just wanna practice riding for awhile and upgrade to a better bike. Email me at: ishikawan001@hawaii.rr.com

Your honesty is admirable. Even though I’m not interested in you bike, its nice to see someone being straight up about what they are selling. I've seen some cars/bikes ads that were completely misleading and were basically a waste of my time. I’m sure there are lots of people looking for beaters to practice on and bravo to you for not wasting the time of all the rest:thumbsup

thank you thank you :b I think honesty is the best thing. PLus what good is lying if the buyer is gonna find out anyways when they take a look at the vehicle or bike or whatever. Just like you said, wasting other people's time. well thanks for the.....umm... complament??? :b

Do you still have it? I loved this bike when I had one a few years ago.
