Has anyone done the Anchorage - prudhoe bay ride? If so, how many days would you allow for it and when is the best time (i've heard july-august)? What is that ride about 800 one way? any info is appreciated. Me and a couple of buddies are thinking about coming up next summer renting some bikes in anchorage and doind prudhoe.
