Hi has anybody got the torque setting for the steering head bolt. thanks mark,,,,,,,,,,,,

Yep got the haynes manual out for you
Steering stem nut is 115Nm

Rounds up to 85 lbft if your torque wrench has not got Nm.
Proper way would be to over torque it (not to much) to make sure the bearings have squeezed up as much as they can then backing it off completly & apply the correct torque.
Must admit I usually just tighten it until the there is no slop in the bearings
