Default bought a new bike and it's red

well it actually secondhand but new to me.
after i sold my r6 i had planned to buy another 600 last year however due to the cr@p weather and lack of motavation that never happened. anyhow this year i decided to buy something a bit different so i went and bought a 2001 748s back in march.
it's had 1 previous owner, full service history and had only covered 3,700 miles.
so far i love everything about it apart from the handling!! basically if i hit a bump mid corner the bike wants to sit up and it doesn't feel that planted. the weekend just gone i returned all the suspension settings to the factory setting which now makes the bike just feel softer. next plan of action is to change the tyres and then maybe firm things up a bit.
most importantly i have a bike for the may meet
