Question Trailer strapping point for rear of 04 R6?

I'm strapping my 04 R6 Track Bike down to a new trailer. I'm using a front chock and softies on the lower tripple for the front. Pretty secure.

I can't find a good way to strap down the rear? I can't get soft ties around the sub-frame up under the seat.

What do you guys do to secure the rear with straps?

I'm thinking of just strapping down the rear wheel by the rim at this point.

My track day is tomorrow, so any ideas you've got I welcome.

Thanks in advance.

Mike

i use the side of the frame, right above the chain....but you need soft ties.

Thumbs up

I was thinking about trying the rearsets, but it made me nervous with the bouncing that I could damage them (I know they are pretty strong).

I didn't strap the frame since I had problems with the shift rod and the strap. So, this weekend I strapped down the rear wheel. Not ideal but it worked.

I may just try the rear-sets. They are vortex and as long as it's tight enough not to snap stretch the straps and shock the rearset I think they'll be ok.

Thanks
