I Get It Up 8====> but i cant ride out smooth

I get it up guys but i cant ride it out smooth i slam down hard but not too hard, i can kind of hear my tank slap a little bit. Am i going to hurt my bike pretty bad shocks or anything in the front ??? and by any chance am i ruining my bike by missing my clutch pop meaning i am sometimes just letting go and not doing it in unisin and my chain hits hard??? ruin ??? yes or no ???

you can pop ur fork seals (sp) dont just chop the throttle, you havta ease out of it
