Default Reccomend Radar / Laser

Does anyone know of good radar / laser dector for motorcyles? I'm budgeting about $400.00 (must be reliable) for one that is small and transferable to my car. I also need to find out if it is legal to have one in WA, PA, NY and TN.

In PA it's legal. I know in VA / DC it's not. I'm looking to get one too. The best detector I ever had is a Belltronics Vector 945...That thing "sees" 'em from miles out!!

Edited with this info from Bell's website:

Radar detectors are completely legal to use in non-commercial vehicles in 49 states. Virginia and Washington DC are the only places in the United States that currently ban radar detectors. Radar detector use in commercial vehicles has been prohibited in the U.S. since 1995 and radar detectors are also illegal in most Canadian provinces. We do not track detector regulations in other countries.

http://www.speedzones.com/radar-detector-detectors.html <--This one shows that the Belltronics is COMPLETELY invisible to detection

Quote the site:"Both the the Cheetah and the Tiger Lily PRS4STi used Beltronics STi detectors in their systems and were not detected by either RDD. The Beltronics STi was completely invisible to all RDDs."

Look here as well: http://www.motorcycleradar.com/

how would you hook up a radar to the motorcycle? how to section anywhere whether it be here or somewhere online?

most of them come with a cigarette lighter thingy right? can you just clip the wires and treat it like any other 12V device?
