Default tickets up the --!

back in july, i was pulled over.
the officer cited me for 3 things;
-no license on me (my wallet was stolen that day)
-past curfew (it was 12:03, 3 minutes past curfew)
-speeding (no speed was written on my ticket, but he claims i was going 70. i was in a 45 zone).
i went to court yesterday, i asked for pretrial. i didnt get to speak to a judge; they yelled at me and my mom for like an hour and reset my court date to december. apparently the police's copy of the ticket had stuff written on it, whereas mine just said speeding. period.
im not sure what i should do, just plead guilty and get my license suspended, or trry to fight it? i could use the advice. thanks guys

if your under 18, you have to be home before 12 on weekends.
pretty ridiculous id say. thats like a law telling you to eat your vegetables.

Its on the back of your license I think (On mine atleast... Minors have a curfew).

That just sucks.

Were you speeding? And are you endorsed at least?

Fight it. Who cares if they yell at you (well, your attorney might). Like I always do I would suggest getting an attorney. If you cannot afford one then I would suggest doing your homework and take it to court.

Were you a dick to the cop? Those seem to be somewhat bogus tickets... or maybe he was just having a bad day and didn't realize you had a video camera in your car.

If the cops copy has things written on it that yours doesn't, I'd say you have a good chance at getting alot of that dropped. Do your homework and be prepared for the DEC. date.

If your wallet was stolen.. and you reported it then you should have a case number for to get the no license part dropped.

However the his ticket being different then yours. It sounds like a good lawyer can get all that dropped.

Consult an attorney. Most of the time they will tell you if you have a chance or not and they wont charge just for the few minutes it takes to decide that.
