Default WTF..why do the cages insist on racing?

Almost everytime I ride at night, there is a stang, vette, god forbid a jap tuner, that wants to race.

They don't even stand a chance. I'll be honest, there are times I'm in the mood and decide to open it up if its on a clear freeway, turnpike, etc.

I just don't get it. Does it give em a Viagra effect to watch a bike blow them away?

i LOVE watching bikes pull away from me. I dont initiate racing, but when I wave sometimes guys like to proove how fast they are I guess. I dunno, but I know I can't compete in my car. It DOES give me the "viagra effect" seeing and hearing a bike crack the throttle and scream off.

true, but we're not pussies - at least in the sense that we'll ride motorcycles. We also dont make the mistakes other jackasses do, because we know how dangerous it is for bikers, so we look out. at least I hope everyone here does the same things that I do...

I race bikes sometimes, ive beaten a few 600's in my car on the freeway but they were 99-02...couple cbr's and a gixxer dont know about an R6 though i think i'd remember. I find its more than often that a loud domestic guy wants a piece of the bike but i can tell they are slow. I only race something that i know could have potential. I've been beat by Supra's Z's and VR4s on my bike but those cars were far from stock...i only tried to race one local domestic before they closed the local track and lost to him but he had a 402 stroker and it was from a dig at a drag strip.
