they're doing in washington now. my girlfriend's sister went down to seattle and got a ticket...cop said they clocked her by airplane. and she got her ticket.

do they have signs stating that they may use aircrafts to look at traffic?

earlier this year i was spotted going over 95mph in santa barbara area by a freaking aircraft. I guess its being used more often now than ever before.

we need to put a stop to this, these cops are just getting out of hand.

Fight the ticket. Request that not only the officer is present but the airplane pilot. Also request a cirtificate of calibration for his timing device. At this point even if you lose the state has spent more money fighting the ticket then the fine.

just plead the 6th amendment ("confront" and cross-examine witnesses) and if they keep delaying because of the pilot not showing up, just move for the 6th amendment again (speedy trial)

Lots of places have signs that state the speed limit is enforced by aircraft.

I the great no speed limit expanses of desert between home and Vegas I've seen those signs blur by and always thought it was a little ridiculous and wondered how it all worked. I may need to slow it down a bit now.
