ya they are starting to put those in columbus now too, but they have signs marking them.

for those in other states and have airplanes or helicopters to track speeds, are there signs posted stating that they use them? as i stated i know virgina does.

ok and what would that do for me? i always thought that they would just postpone the court date to later if i plead not guilty so that both the trooper and the guy in the airplane could be there.

^ At the very least the guy in the plane would have to show because he witnessed the infraction; the guy writing the ticket can't testify about what he didn't see. I would assume the guy who wrote the ticket would have to show up as well but don't know for sure.

my roommate had the same thing happen.

the trooper showed up. the airplane dude wasn't there. my roommate asked if the pilot guy was gonna show up. he didn't. judge threw the ticket out.
