Default HA harley riders had it coming..karma's a *****!

I was riding behind a guy on a harley for about 40 miles yesterday (always 2 cars back on a one lane road) and he finally hooked up with another guy on a harley when we got on a different 2 lane road. I wanted to catch up and ride in the pack since I don't discriminate on anyone on 2 wheels and I like meeting new people. So I catch up with them, join the formation in the back and cruise with them for about 15 miles.

We finally get to a red light and come to a stop. Those mother fuckers didn't even acknowledge I was there. Not even one look back even though I had been with them for 15 miles and was stopped a foot and a half behind them.

This is where it gets good, a mile down the road I see a cop behind us about 2 cars back. We are going about 75 in a 55. So I got over to the slow lane and dropped my speed but I didnt warn those two douche bags by flicking my lights or anything. The cop finally gets behind them and they keep doing 75 (idiots). I was praying he would pull them just out of spite. So he pulls them over and as I pass them, one of the riders looks at me and i point and flick him off. God that made my day.

I hate that shit when harley riders with their "too good for you idiot crotch rockets" attitude don't even acknowledge you and treat you like your inferior to them.

Perhaps.

They didn't see the cop because they didn't slow down.

Then they deserve to be pulled over anyway... even when i didn't have mirrors on my bike i was watching my ass at least every 30 sec or so when i rode on the street. You need to be away of EVERYTHING when you're on a bike.

i was thinking they didn't see me, but after 40 miles with one guy, then 15+ miles riding with both of them? If they did not look behind them one time then they are awful riders to begin with.

And at the red light they turned their heads to talk to each other, I was in plain sight in their peripheral vision.

hahahhahah...so you flicked them off. It is pretty funny, but you added to the stereotype. Still pretty funny though.

Maybe they were shy? sometimes when I am riding I won't acknowledge other riders until they acknowledge me first cause I am tired giving others the biker wave only to get a WTF! look back. But yeah man I agree with you F them for not even giving you a head nod.

You sound very angry about this. If you actually wanted to make a positive impact on changing the attitude of harley riders towards sportbike riders, you should have signalled to them that there was a cop closing in... I don't care how cocky someone is, everyone appreciates being saved a ticket.

I don't think it's just sport bikes, I ride a cruiser and most of the Harley riders don't wave back when I wave to them. I took my NSF course at a Harley store. At the end of the course, the teacher wanted to take a picture of all the students. He took a group picture of the class on their bikes accept me and this other guy. I think because we were the only ones that didn't have harleys played a part in it. I have a Yamaha V-star classic and the guy had a Gixxer. We had to stand there like two idiots.

I was in a pack of 20 sportbikes following 2 harleys for 40 miles. After trying to get by their slow asses for almost an hour we pull up to a light. They start talking and THEN notice all the bikes behind them and let us pass. Harley riders just don't seem to pay attention to their surroundings. They expect everybody to look at them and know where they are.
